We make all our cheese right here on our farm.
Gouda Cheese
Gouda cheese originated in the Dutch town of Gouda. It is a mildly sweet cheese good for just about anything. Gouda has always been a family favorite. We currently have different flavors of Gouda: Hot Pepper, Cumin, Garlic, and Chives. For those who prefer no extra flavor, we also have plain Gouda.
Swiss Cheese
Swiss Cheese, as its name suggests, originated in Switzerland. It is a firm cheese, and while it is known for its excellent melting properties, Swiss Cheese is also wonderful in any way you want.
